Kosei group established in july 1997 a firm in Auxerre :
Kosei Europe with a distribution center in charge of promoting and selling
Kosei products
with the help of distributors of various countries of the continent.
Kosei
aluminium was created in 1950, as supplier of alloy casting intended to
planes.
Kosei Aluminium has built its expansion thanks to
an international trade network , and sites of production setted up in
other countries than Japan. As a lot of leaders of car building have make
by relocating their production,
Kosei Aluminium has setted up new plants in the Philippines, Thailand
and China, and has setted up trade networks in the US and in Europe.

Kosei Aluminium favours the prices, the quality,
the delays and the environment.
KOSEI ALUMINIUM CO, Ltd
Registered office, Toyota site
The
registered office of Kosei Aluminium and the Toyota site are situated
in the heart of the car industrial region, in the East of the town of
Toyota.
This plant is endowed with a high effective productivity system, and makes
40000 wheels per month as lots of spares for cars (brake cylinders, admission
collectors).
To
give an answer to the growing request of the consumer for Kosei products,
Fukui site was created in 1990 in the Technological Park of Fukui
and stretch over 82000 square meters.
Endowed
with a whole wheels production line, the site produces around 60000 wheels
per month, thanks to new techniques of cost control and management.
FUKUI PLANT
KOSEI CHANKASEM CO Ltd (KCC)
Situated
in the industrial park Rojana in bangkok suburbs,
KCC was created in 1997, resulting by the merger of Kosei Aluminium, Chankansem
international co, Ltd, and Thai Bridgestone Business service co Ltd.
The site is in phase of finalsation and the prospects of production are
of 75000 units a month.
Built
in the industrial region of Laguna, surrounding Manila, KPI produces around
30000 wheels a month,
it is the result of the technics experimentation
and the know-how developed in Japan.
KPI provides the first putting up of local car producers
and the Asiatic South-East market,
as the production intended to the US, Europe and Japan.

YANTAI KOSEI ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY CO, Ltd
Built
in the Yantai region in China since 1993,
in order to provide spares for motorcycles markets,
it is a strategic site on the market in expansion of China.

DEVELOPMENT IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES SPEEDS.
Kosei has established a new range of wheels production in China, in Jiangsu
near Shangai.
The capacity of production for view is of 120000 wheels a month.
